- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting for laboratory instrumentation, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Participate in the evaluation of Quality Control for tests conducted, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams, providing accurate and timely information to support patient care.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless laboratory operations, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies, applying knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Biological Sciences with completion of an approved Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) internship.
- Experience in a clinical laboratory setting, preferably with a focus on phlebotomy and specimen collection.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in laboratory information systems and software.
