The Registered Nurse is a vital member of the healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of compassion and excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and promote a culture of safety and quality.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
- Completion of a recognized program to obtain an RN license in the State of Washington.
- Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
