Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tech Reception to join our team at CSL Behring. As a Tech Reception, you will be responsible for greeting donors at the plasma collection center and conducting a series of registration procedures to verify donor suitability for the plasma pheresis process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability for the plasma pheresis process
• Assist in the collection of plasma from donors
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure donor safety and well-being
• Provide exceptional customer service to donors and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
