Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a strong foundation in electrical systems, transmission lines, and power distribution. As a High Voltage Transmission Line Technician, you will work closely with our experienced team to install, maintain, and repair high-voltage transmission lines, substations, and other related equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair high-voltage transmission lines, substations, and other related equipment.
  • Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including daily logs and project updates.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in transmission line installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, transmission lines, and power distribution.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
