Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator (Entry – Senior Level)

Job Overview:

Clinical Research Coordinators are responsible for managing clinical research activities that may involve patient-focused studies or research involving human participants. This includes exploring mechanisms of diseases, testing therapeutic interventions, conducting clinical trials, and developing innovative technologies. Additionally, these professionals may support epidemiological and behavioral research, as well as studies focused on health outcomes and services.

Key Duties:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of clinical trials and research studies.
  • Gather medical histories and current medication details from study participants, ensuring adherence to research protocol eligibility criteria.
  • Facilitate the informed consent process, ensuring proper documentation and filing of consent forms as required.
  • Conduct interviews with potential participants for various clinical trials, providing comprehensive information about the studies through both phone and in-person interactions.
  • Coordinate participant scheduling for research trials, ensuring the availability of necessary resources and clinical support.
  • Collect, categorize, and analyze research data accurately and promptly.
  • Comply with all regulatory standards governing research practices.

Work Environment:

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for four days per week on campus, with additional in-person meetings as necessary.
