- Establish and maintain robust supplier relationships and performance metrics.

- Implement control measures and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace procurement or supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing methodologies.
- Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
