About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient. As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide applied behavioral analysis and community support services to clients in their homes, schools, or clinics.
  • Teach daily living skills and social skills using evidence-based treatments.
  • Collect, organize, and summarize data during sessions.
  • Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related behavioral health field or equivalent experience.
  • Successful completion of 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
