We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Surgical Telemetry Unit as a Full Time Nights position. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per shift basis.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per shift basis.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- At least one year of telemetry experience; CCRN certification preferred.
- American Heart Association BLS CPR certification required; ACLS certification required within six months of hire.
