We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our Surgical Telemetry Unit team as a Full Time Night Shift position. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per shift basis.
Responsibilities- Provide direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per shift basis.
- Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and provided.
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following education, license/certifications, and experience:
- Associate degree in Nursing required.
- One year of telemetry experience preferred.
- CCRN preferred.
- A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required.
- American Heart Association BLS CPR required. American Heart Association ACLS is required within 6 months of hire for PCU.
