We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Piedmont Medical Center. As a RN Operating Room Full Time Nights candidate, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating health care needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Float to other comparable nursing units as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Maintain competency and certification in specialty areas, staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge to excel in your role.
Requirements
  • Current unrestricted RN license in the State of South Carolina.
  • Attends IV Therapy training and/or demonstrates competency in intravenous therapy within one year.
  • Maintains competency and/or certification specific to departmental requirements.
  • Current BCLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Advanced certification in specialty field and/or participation in professional organization(s) encouraged.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous hospital experience.
  • Management and teaching ability.
  • Ability to assume the role of a Charge Nurse as needed/requested.
