Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all operational activities at the St. Louis site by developing and executing plans that enhance productivity, profitability, and resource efficiency in alignment with company values and goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team by ensuring team members are cared for, engaged, motivated, and aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
- Lead with an unwavering commitment to safety by ensuring that all operations meet safety standards and regulatory requirements, and by cultivating a culture in which all team members prioritize safety and proactively identify and manage risk.
- Drive process improvement to boost efficiency, optimize resources, and strengthen team member experience.
- Collaborate with Safety, Quality, Finance, and People team members to ensure smooth operations and address cross-functional challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in operations management, engineering, business, or a related field.
- 7+ years' experience in a plant operations leadership role with full responsibility for people and profitability.
- Proven expert in operational planning, resource scheduling, and workflow optimization.
- Strong experience in continuous improvement methodologies.
- People-first leader with a record of developing and sustaining high-performing, front-line production teams.
- Maintain a firm commitment to safety and compliance with a thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and other relevant standards.
