Job SummaryWe offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate tax consulting and compliance services for clients in the Manufacturing and Distribution industry.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize client liabilities and optimize financial performance.
- Supervise and train junior tax professionals to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with partners and other stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
- Stay up-to-date with changing tax laws and regulations, providing expertise to clients and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, CPA certification (or equivalent) is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in taxation, with a strong background in income tax, compliance, and planning.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
