Job Type: Part-time and Part-time On-call Commission Position with gratuity and benefits.

Location: Santa Fe, NM, operating from our esteemed Eldorado Hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Spa Director to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues and guests.
  • Communicate effectively with spa staff regarding appointments and workflow requirements.
  • Welcome clients warmly throughout their spa journey.
  • Deliver exceptional massage treatments with precision and care.
  • Engage with guests to understand their expectations and enhance their experience.
  • Be versatile in providing various services within a unisex salon environment as per your qualifications.
  • Prepare and sanitize massage equipment and treatment areas, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
  • Exhibit a polished and professional appearance, adhering to uniform standards.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Keep spa rooms and public areas tidy and inviting.
  • Report any incidents or injuries to the appropriate department.
  • Participate in deep cleaning and special projects as needed.
  • Engage in ongoing product knowledge training.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the wellness industry.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned that align with the role.

Qualifications
  • Current massage therapist license as mandated by state regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service; sales experience is advantageous.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in using technology for reservation management and payment processing.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying weights of 30+ pounds regularly.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a massage therapist; experience in spa or hospitality is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent training/experience.
  • CPR Certification is a plus.
