Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee our Foster Care Services. This role involves significant responsibility and offers a competitive salary of $60,000 annually.

Work Schedule

The position operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with an on-call rotation as needed.

Reporting Structure

This role reports directly to the Director of Foster Care Services.

Travel Requirements

The position requires travel within the Boston area to provide support to Case Managers, with occasional trips to the main office in Easthampton. Business-related travel outside of the regular commute will be compensated.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work or a related discipline
  • Clinical experience in a relevant field
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • A valid driver's license and auto insurance are mandatory
