Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foster Care Case Manager Supervisor to join our team at Actalent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide supervision to assigned case managers
* Coordinate all services to meet the on-going needs of assigned clients through case managers
* Monitor individual treatment plans, intake documents, and monthly reports of case managers in compliance with EEC regulations
* Facilitate weekly team meetings and develop policies and procedures
* Provide after-hours on-call support on a regular, rotating basis
Requirements:
* Masters degree in human service field, LCSW or LICSW preferred
* Familiar with trauma informed care
* Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
* Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
