Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Order Administrator Assistant to join our team at Applied Control Equipment LLLP. This role involves providing exceptional customer experiences by executing order administration and management tasks.

As an Order Administrator Assistant, you will support the Sales team in meeting customer needs and delivering timely responses to customer requests. You will also collaborate with the Accounting team to resolve pricing and invoicing issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing order entry, purchasing, date management, expediting, change orders, return authorizations, and documentation
  • Supporting the Sales team in providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Coordinating with the Sales team to deliver timely responses to customer requests

Required skills and qualifications include 1-2 years of experience with order entry, purchasing, and expediting, as well as experience with ERP systems. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.

Compensation: $23-$28 per hour, based on relevant job-related and industry experience. Eligible for annual profit share award after six months with the company.
