We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our team at SourcePro Search, LLC. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in human resources within a law firm.


Key Responsibilities:


Conduct practice group staff support needs analysis and prepare job descriptions to ensure high-performing candidates are recruited for open positions.

Lead talent acquisition efforts, including conducting interviews and hiring staff members according to best practices.
Develop and implement onboarding programs for new office hires, ensuring consistent application of firm policies and procedures.
Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing staff assistance initiatives on an ongoing basis.
Monitor staff time, attendance, and accruals.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and documentation for all staff performance meetings.
Collaborate with the HR Director on payroll, benefits, and leaves of absence matters for all employees.
Work with firm managers to implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:
College degree in Human Resources or a related business discipline; or SHRM certification.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with employees and clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Law firm experience preferred.
