Job Summary

This role involves supervising, coordinating and performing complex maintenance activities for a high-rise residential property. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in commercial or multi-unit property maintenance, with skills in mechanical, plumbing, electrical and carpentry work.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and training a team of maintenance staff, including recommending new hires and contributing to performance appraisals. They will also diagnose and repair problems with mechanical equipment, including heating and air conditioning units, and perform routine to advanced carpentry duties such as installing doors and door jambs.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a High School diploma/GED and 3-4 years of experience in commercial or multi-unit property maintenance. Preference will be given to candidates with HVAC, electrical and appliance certifications.
