Job Title: Admissions Marketing Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Admissions Marketing Assistant to join our team at NHS Management Services. This dynamic role will involve assisting the Admissions Coordinator in maintaining resident census, developing and implementing marketing programs, and acting as a liaison between the facility and community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain resident census aligned with facility goals
  • Develop and implement a marketing program to attract new residents
  • Act as a liaison between the facility and community
  • Assist in coordinating the admission process
  • Provide administrative support to families as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in admission processes is a plus
  • Excellent customer service and public relations skills
  • Ability to speak and present publicly
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must speak, read, write, and understand English
