Key Qualifications:

Job Summary:

The role involves assembling electrical and mechanical components to produce high-quality spring reel products. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Conducting mechanical assembly of various structural and electrical components.
  • Executing electrical installations in accordance with wiring specifications.
  • Utilizing necessary tools for the assembly of cable reels.
  • Connecting color-coded wires accurately.
  • Testing and adjusting electrical assemblies for optimal performance.
  • Collaborating with supervisors or engineers to resolve any discrepancies in diagrams or production orders.
  • Providing manufacturing insights to engineering and sales teams regarding design challenges.
  • Participating in field service and start-up duties as required.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of inputs from engineering, sales, and manufacturing to meet customer expectations.
  • Communicating any necessary changes to relevant departments to maintain consistency in product output.
  • Actively supporting and enhancing the quality management system across the organization.
  • Implementing and maintaining 5S program initiatives.
  • Adhering to quality and environmental health and safety policies.
  • Embodying the company’s core values in all aspects of work.

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, candidates must demonstrate the ability to fulfill essential duties effectively. The following qualifications are necessary:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience or training is also acceptable.
  • Strong language skills for interpreting safety rules and operational instructions.
  • Mathematical proficiency for handling measurements and calculations.
  • Reasoning ability to follow instructions and address problems with concrete variables.
  • Willingness to complete in-house forklift and overhead crane certification programs.

Physical Demands:

This position requires regular standing, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently. Candidates should be capable of performing tasks that involve walking, reaching, and occasional climbing or balancing.

Work Environment:

Employees will work in an environment with moving mechanical parts and may occasionally encounter wet conditions or airborne particles. The noise level is typically moderate.
