About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a passion for transforming healthcare operations through innovative technology. As a Workday Project Manager, you will lead a pivotal project replacing a legacy e-NTP application with a cutting-edge Workday Recruiting-based solution. This role is essential in aligning NTP resource management with Enterprise HR and driving business process improvements for onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Initiation and Planning: Secure project approvals, assess resource availability, establish timelines, and oversee financial commitments. Develop and manage detailed project plans including work breakdown structures, schedules, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate discussions to achieve project goals, coordinate complex customer feedback, and present project plans to stakeholders.
  • Communication & Documentation: Manage and communicate project objectives to the team, complete comprehensive project documentation, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Business Process Improvement: Oversee the transition from legacy systems to Workday, ensuring enhancements in onboarding and resource management.
Required Skills:
  • Project Management Expertise: Advanced knowledge of PMBOK guidelines, including project charters, work plans, and budgets.
  • Business Analysis Proficiency: In-depth understanding of BABOK guidelines and quality improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Change Management: Expertise in change management principles, organizational dynamics, and improvement tools.
  • Healthcare/Research Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of healthcare and research operations and systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and ability to manage project-related software and tools.
  • Communication & Organizational Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Autonomous Work: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, analyze data, make informed recommendations, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Workday Certifications: Workday HCM or Workday EM/PM Certification preferred.
  • Additional Certifications: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Certification (PMP), Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), and Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) are advantageous.
