Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Office Manager/Bookkeeper/HR at Greenway Plants Inc.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks and communication with employees and management.

Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks and communication with employees and management.
- Handle booking and scheduling appointments for the greenhouse facility.
- Assist with human resources tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and coordinating employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.
- A high school diploma or equivalent and additional qualifications in office administration or human resources are a plus.
- Proven experience in office management, booking/scheduling, and human resources.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- $15-$20 per hour competitive salary.
