We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Office Manager/Bookkeeper/HR at Greenway Plants Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks and communication with employees and management.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks and communication with employees and management.
  • Handle booking and scheduling appointments for the greenhouse facility.
  • Assist with human resources tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and coordinating employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent and additional qualifications in office administration or human resources are a plus.
  • Proven experience in office management, booking/scheduling, and human resources.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
