Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Outfitter Lodging LLC. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms, while providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Clean and Maintain Guest Rooms: Thoroughly clean and set up guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and dusting surfaces.
  2. Provide Excellent Customer Service: Assist guests with any requests or concerns, and provide a warm and welcoming experience.
  3. Operate Laundry and Linen Services: Assist with laundry and linen services, including sorting, washing, and folding linens.
  4. Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Keep the housekeeping cart and vacuum cleaner clean and organized, and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
  5. Report Maintenance Requests: Report any maintenance requests to the supervisor promptly, to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
Requirements
  1. High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  2. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with guests and colleagues on a regular basis.
  3. Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail is required to ensure that guest rooms are clean and comfortable.
  4. Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks is essential for this role.
Working Conditions

This position requires continuous standing, walking, lifting, carrying, bending, and reaching throughout the entire shift. Hazards may include, but are not limited to, slipping and tripping, exposure to blood-borne pathogens, and standard cleaning chemicals.
