Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our bank customers. As a Bilingual Bank Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner
  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members for resolution
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding bank products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
