The Bartender Role

We're seeking an experienced Bartender to join our Service team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our guests. Your expertise in cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and beverage selections will be invaluable in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring seamless service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Experience: Create a warm and inviting environment for all guests at the bar, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Beverage Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of specialty and classic cocktails, wine, beer, and beverage offerings, including ingredients, specs, and build.
  • Menu Fluency: Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and ingredients, with the ability to suggest beverage pairings that enhance the dining experience.
  • Service Standards: Follow proper steps of service with precision and attention to detail, while maintaining a sense of urgency throughout service.
  • Bar Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including the seating area, to maintain a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with staff members, management, and the kitchen during service to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Bartender or in a related beverage service role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment.
  • Passion for Beverages: A genuine passion for wine, spirits, beer, and other beverages is essential.
  • Language Skills: English fluency is required, with additional languages a plus but not necessary.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, balance and carry multiple plates, glass racks, and objects up to 30 lbs.
