Position Overview

You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and crafting high-quality beverages in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You'll be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring a vibrant atmosphere. Your expertise and professionalism will help elevate our guests' experience and maintain our clubs high standards.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Drink Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and customer preferences.
  • Cocktail Creation: Create and customize cocktails to meet guests' tastes and preferences.
  • Guest Service: Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to all guests.
  • Bar Management: Manage a high-volume bar station with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and tabs securely and efficiently.
  • Bar Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
  • Guest Engagement: Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and enhance their experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
Work Environment/Required Skills/Physical Demand
  • Experience: Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Availability: Must be available to work late nights, weekends, and potential holidays.
  • Cocktail Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of cocktail preparation, bar equipment, and drink recipes.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Efficiency: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Age: Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Physical Stamina: Physical stamina to stand and work for extended periods.
  • Math Skills: Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
  • Computer Literacy: Must be able to read computer screens.
  • Lifting: Must be able to push and lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience: Experience in a nightclub or upscale bar setting.
  • POS Systems: Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
