Director of Nursing Operations in Medical Unit

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing Operations to lead the Medical Unit II at our New Brunswick campus.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, medical and prescription drug insurance, dental and vision insurance, retirement plans, short & long term disability, life & accidental death insurance, tuition reimbursement, health care/dependent care flexible spending accounts, wellness programs, and voluntary benefits.
Responsibilities- Provides leadership and direction to fulfill the goals and objectives of the unit/organization.
- Effectively communicates information to staff, utilizes resources, and manages staff and services.
- Assists the Director with daily operations of the unit and delegated responsibilities.
- Collaboratively prepares and maintains staff schedule and payroll.
- Effectively collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and drives through-out staff accountability.
- BSN required.
- At least 2 years of nursing experience required.
- MSN highly preferred.
- Previous experience as a nursing director is preferred.
- Day Shift, 40 hours per week.
- Full-Time.
- On Call Leadership Coverage.
