This role will support the recruitment strategy for the HUB Mountain States region (Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming) and will be based in a city within the region where we have a HUB office. The Regional Talent Acquisition Partner will act as a strategic, full-lifecycle recruiting business partner, balancing talent acquisition responsibilities and heavy sourcing with onboarding duties, data tracking, workforce planning, and additional tasks as assigned to support the HUB Mountain States region.
Responsibilities- Heavy sourcing of passive insurance candidates through networking, cold-calling, and utilizing various databases, including internal HRIS systems, CRM tools, and social media platforms
- Conducting candidate phone screens, providing feedback, scheduling interviews, reviewing assessment results, collaborating with the team on hiring recommendations, and assisting with offer and onboarding processes
- Building and maintaining robust candidate pipelines for current and future job requisitions
- Developing strong relationships with industry groups, universities, and civic organizations for candidate sourcing, internship partnerships, and diversity outreach
- Tracking and monitoring the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and overall strategy, making adjustments to consistently deliver expected results and client satisfaction
- Managing multiple competing priorities and simultaneous requisitions with aggressive timelines
- Assisting with the management and entry of tasks within the human capital management system, including position creation, promotions, and other related transactions
- Involvement in strategic initiatives and internal projects, including diversity recruiting, talent branding, and process improvements
- Strong interest in aligning HUB's mission with diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- 2-5 years of high-volume experience in corporate recruiting and/or staffing agency experience
- Insurance industry recruiting experience is a plus
- Proven ability to attract passive candidates and build proactive pipelines through social media outlets, cold-calling, and networking
- Excellent organizational skills, communication, and follow-up skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and social media recruiting sites, with a LinkedIn Recruiter seat and InMail experience a plus
- Applied experience with applicant tracking systems and other human resources-related technologies, with Workday experience a plus
This is a full-time position that requires occasional travel within the region (less than 20%). The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused, team-oriented individual with a strong passion for recruitment and a desire to make a positive impact on the HUB Mountain States region.
