Job SummaryThe Field Systems Engineering Manager will be responsible for supporting field investigations, commissioning, and training stakeholders on refrigeration, HVAC, and control systems within our stores. This role will work closely with ALDI Facilities and Construction teams, as well as equipment manufacturers, to coordinate the implementation of strategic initiatives and resolve complex mechanical complications.
Key Responsibilities- Support field investigations and commissioning of refrigeration, HVAC, and control systems
- Train stakeholders on system operation and maintenance
- Collaborate with ALDI Facilities and Construction teams to implement strategic initiatives
- Work with equipment manufacturers to resolve complex mechanical complications
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive energy efficiency initiatives and optimize building management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in refrigeration, HVAC, building automation, controls, and retail operations
- Experience working with educating and training others on refrigeration, HVAC, and control systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
