Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at MyPath. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our mission, vision, and business growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and promote an overall HR strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives
  • Provide direction in employee relations matters, including recruitment, retention, on-boarding, training, employee relations, complaint resolution, performance management, policy development, and helping to support company culture
  • Work in partnership with MyPath HR and Company Leaders to investigate and resolve complex issues, including allegations of abuse, conflict of interest, harassment, discrimination, and fraud
  • Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with Operations and HR to meet or exceed HR goals and objectives
  • Participate in workforce planning initiatives, identifying current and future gaps based on Company growth expectations
  • Ensure all actions are in compliance with applicable federal and state laws concerning equal employment opportunity commission (EEOC), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and wage and hour
  • Direct the strategic development and growth of an employee ownership culture and brand to ensure a highly engaged workforce and competitive advantage
  • Cultivate and maintain a work environment where all employees feel respected, valued, and included, ensuring diverse perspectives are encouraged and integrated and fostering trust
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in most of the following HR disciplines: recruitment, retention, on-boarding, performance management, affirmative action, equal opportunity employment, training, employee handbook, policy development, and employee relations
  • Proven experience in leading change, successful implementation of organization-wide processes, demonstrated experience in establishing department, service, and or performance metrics; success at coaching, mentoring, and developing staff
  • Three years of supervisory experience required
  • Understanding of DEI Concepts and Best Practices, including awareness of cultural competence, culturally sensitive and equitable conflict resolution, cultural sensitivity and empathy, collaboration, and relationship building
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, exercise good judgment, and effectively solve problems
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communications, negotiating, and conflict resolution skills
  • Remains calm under pressure and maintains self-composure/self-control in times of high stress
  • Working knowledge of MicroSoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
