Key Responsibilities
  • Investment Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of investment opportunities, including financial modeling, market research, and due diligence.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and forecast financial performance.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including investment, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least four years of experience in real estate, investment banking, or private equity.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or finance.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel skills, strong financial modeling and valuation analysis skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Eagerness to learn, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in investment valuation and Excel.
