The Patient Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring patient satisfaction and efficient operations in our medical practice. This individual will work closely with physicians, managers, and support staff to provide exceptional patient care and maintain a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare for patient visits, triage practice calls, and schedule appointments
  • Perform routine clerical tasks, including patient check-in and check-out functions
  • Answer routine questions in person and over the telephone
  • Coordinate with insurance providers and handle pre-authorizations and certifications as necessary
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date health record information
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask
  • Relevant experience and/or training in medical reception or general office settings
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to accuracy and detail
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
