Job Description Overview

Konica Minolta is seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to lead our engineering team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, growing, and developing a loyal and skilled engineering team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and tools to succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Manage a team of engineers, focusing on business and financial management, growth, acquisition integration, cost planning, and training.
  • Client Service: Work closely with client account stakeholders to ensure consistent quality service delivery and identify and facilitate remediation of service quality issues.
  • Operations: Coordinate activities with matrixed functional leaders to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in proposal development, review, and sign-off, and provide sales support.
  • Market Development: Identify opportunities within the client base and develop market development activities.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the development and adoption of best practices, training curriculums, and industry networking events.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with local Konica Minolta Business Solutions teams and resources.
  • Client Retention: Focus on client retention and satisfaction, working closely with region teams on client profitability.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of work experience in technology, people management, technology consulting, and multiple operating systems network engineering/administration experience.
  • Leadership: Proven success in building and working as part of a team, with strong coaching, decision-making, and leadership skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain and guide clients through technical issues.
  • Adaptability: Ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities, and learn new concepts, applications, and technologies quickly.
