Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Conduct patient observations, measure and record vital signs, and set up hemodialysis machines
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and their families, providing education and support on kidney disease and dialysis-related topics
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare experience a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable working around blood and needles; ability to mix acid or bicarb
  • Physical and mental ability to work long hours on your feet
