Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property owners, insurance companies, and restoration professionals
  • Lead a team of Business Development Managers to develop and implement sales programs and initiatives
  • Collaborate with Operations leadership to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the restoration industry or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in personnel management and coaching
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • General knowledge of the insurance industry and claims process
  • Restoration industry experience a plus

  • Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 100% of the time
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, fax machine, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents
  • Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone
  • Occasionally may need to ascend and descend a ladder to perform re-inspections
  • Occasionally will lift up to 25lbs
  • Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
