- Customer Success Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive customer adoption and retention, including data-driven recommendations and industry best practices.
- Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, including leadership and executives, to ensure alignment and drive business results.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes to create a learning environment, attract and retain top performers, reduce time to proficiency, and scale the team.
- Leadership Development: Support the development of leaders reporting to you by providing coaching and career development opportunities.
- Culture Development: Create and foster a company-wide culture of Customer Success across the organization.
- Travel: Up to 25% travel to client sites, industry events, and other Procore CPA offices.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a management or supervisory position for software Customer Success/Service Teams.
- Skills: Understanding of basic SaaS and business metrics, knowledge of how to modify strategic plans to deliver against targets, and a proven track record of delivering results for the business.
- Industry Knowledge: Customer support or implementation services experience on SaaS software platforms, including onboarding, training, and client relationships.
- Leadership Skills: Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire and motivate others, influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building, and empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth.
- Analytical Skills: Analytical and process-oriented mindset with a desire for continuous learning and improvement.
At Procore CPA, we offer a competitive salary range of $147,200 - $202,400, plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $184,000 - $253,000. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. We are committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and have provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
