Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for demonstrating, promoting, and selling life insurance products and services to prospective customers. They will also be responsible for developing and fostering relationships with customers, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and tracking progress and results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing: Strategically present life insurance products and services to prospective customers, highlighting key value propositions and benefits.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain close relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving top-line revenue growth for the company.
  • Progress Tracking: Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements
  • Relationship Management: Excellent ability to manage and build relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Performance: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth for the company.
  • Communication Skills: Advanced skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating with customers, ensuring effective and persuasive interactions.
  • Drive and Motivation: Unrelenting drive to understand and meet customer needs, with a strong desire to succeed and achieve results.
  • Self-Motivation: Be coachable and self-motivated, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
About the Opportunity

This is a virtual position, allowing you to work from anywhere with unlimited income potential. Our employees enjoy a work culture that promotes becoming better people and leaders. Average first year income is $95,000-$155,000.
