- Communicate with candidates to schedule interviews, providing necessary details and ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Aid in scheduling and coordinating across various time zones
- Be an ambassador for the candidate experience, proactively creating new ways to surprise and delight prospects and candidates as they begin the hiring process
- Liaise with executive administrative business partners to schedule interviews with company executives, ensuring alignment of schedules and logistical support
- Serve as the main point of contact for interview scheduling inquiries and troubleshooting scheduling conflicts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date interview schedules in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and calendar management software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relative experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or experience in a fast-paced environment where you are juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
- Executive scheduling experience
- Proficiency with Google Suite, including Gmail for communication and calendar management
- Experience using Zoom for video conferencing and remote interviews
- Familiarity with Slack or similar collaboration tools for team communication and coordination
The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), equity, and eligibility for a discretionary company-wide bonus.
