Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate daily packaging line activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality procedures.

  • Monitor and evaluate trainee proficiency, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
  • Participate in troubleshooting processes and equipment problems, completing necessary paperwork and documentation.
  • Perform risk assessments and GEMBA's to identify areas for improvement and implement safety enhancements.
  • Contribute to the creation and revision of batch records, standard operating procedures, and cGMP documents, serving as a subject matter expert on key processes.
  • Perform senior operator duties, including line clearance, training, and SAP transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and making decisions to achieve standard efficiency and OEE initiatives.
  • Promote teamwork and open communication, maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing/production line operations.
  • BS or BA degree, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing/production line operations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with cross-functional teams, including production, QA, QC, engineering, validation, and maintenance.
