Position Overview:


The Equipment Inventory Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting Aegeus operational functions by ensuring that all equipment is maintained in optimal condition and dispatched as needed by the operations team. Additionally, this position is responsible for managing inventory levels in accordance with operational requirements.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Oversee the logging, inspection, and resolution of issues for all incoming and outgoing equipment to ensure they are ready for deployment.
2. Ensure that all equipment is safe and in excellent working condition before being allocated to field operations.
3. Maintain an accurate inventory control system, ensuring that all records are consistently updated.
4. Manage current inventory supplies, including consumables; place orders for supplies and equipment as business needs evolve.
5. Initiate departmental purchasing processes, including the creation of purchase order requests in line with Aegeus policies, utilizing approved vendors, and suggesting new vendors to the Operations Manager while ensuring cost-effective practices.

The compensation for this role is set at $20.00 per hour.

This pay range serves as a general guideline and is not a guarantee of compensation. Various factors will be considered in determining the final offer, including job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, certifications, and internal equity.


Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in equipment inventory management.
- At least 3 years of experience in shipping and receiving operations.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States, with verification of employment eligibility required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
