**Position Overview**

We are currently seeking a skilled service department administrator with a background in administration and payroll. The ideal candidate will be reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and demonstrate strategic and creative thinking. A self-starter who can collaborate effectively both in teams and independently is essential for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Generate and modify invoices to ensure accuracy before dispatching to clients.
  • Process technician timecards efficiently.
  • Monitor and track unbilled costs to guarantee timely billing of all labor and materials.
  • Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries, providing professional and tactful resolutions to any issues.
  • Support the parts agent and coordinators to maintain a seamless and professional customer experience.
  • Assist with ad hoc requests as necessary.

**Required Skills & Experience**

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration and/or payroll.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and basic Excel).

**Desired Skills & Experience**

Basic understanding of HVAC equipment and terminology is advantageous but not mandatory.

**Eligibility Requirements**

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Goencon is a drug-free workplace and requires pre-employment drug testing.

**Physical Requirements**

The role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, type, and sit for extended periods.
