The Assistant Store Manager plays a crucial role in the success of our Spirit Halloween stores. As a key member of the management team, you will support the Store Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, focusing on guest services, staff development, expense control, and merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of the store.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing team by providing coaching, training, and feedback.
- Control expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
- Ensure exceptional guest services by establishing and maintaining a positive store environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Flexible schedule required.
- Prior retail management experience is necessary.
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours, walk, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
