We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Store Tailor-Alterations to join our team at Men's Wearhouse. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling satisfied and looking great.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in selecting and altering garments to ensure a perfect fit
  • Use your expertise in alterations and sewing to expertly mark, alter, and press garments
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment and assist in maintaining a positive and productive team atmosphere
Requirements
  • Formal training in tailoring or a related field is preferred
  • Experience as a tailor or in a related field is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
