About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Product Growth and Innovation efforts in Research Informatics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance our product offerings and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement product growth strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Ensure adherence to security, quality, and regulatory standards
Requirements:
  • Domain expertise in a core drug discovery scientific field
  • Team leadership experience in an agile environment
  • Good experience in scientific software product management
  • Creativity in identifying and accelerating innovative solutions
  • Ability to effect change and manage conflict
What We Offer:
