Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Substance Use Disorder Counselor to join our team at Belmont Comprehensive Treatment Center. As a key member of our counseling team, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients seeking recovery from opioid use disorder.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring patient-centered care and goal-oriented treatment.
  • Conduct initial and follow-up assessments, evaluating patient needs and determining referrals to other programs or facilities as necessary.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Provide crisis intervention and case management services to patients, ensuring timely and effective support.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a social or health services field, or equivalent experience.
  • Current Oregon CADC-R or higher certification.
  • Experience working in addiction recovery and/or medication-assisted treatment environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
