We are seeking a highly skilled Substance Use Disorder Counselor to join our team at Medford Comprehensive Treatment Center. As a CADC-R Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to patients seeking recovery from opioid use disorder.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient needs and goals.
- Conduct initial and follow-up assessments to evaluate patient progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
- Document patient care, treatment, and incidents in a clear and concise manner.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments.
- HS graduate or equivalent required; prefer Bachelor's or Master's degree in social or health services field.
- Prior experience and knowledge in an addiction recovery and/or MAT environment.
- Oregon CADC R or higher (CADC I, CADC II, CADC III) certification required.
