RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

As the General Manager, you will oversee all operations within your restaurant. This encompasses cost management, inventory oversight, cash handling, and customer service. You are expected to set a standard for your team, adhering to all policies and procedures consistently. You will be responsible for scheduling, product ordering, team member training, and recruitment. A profit-sharing bonus is available for General Managers based on effective cost management.
