About This Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Lead to join our Fabletics team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Embody our company culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
- Engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on our products, including fabrics, features, fit, and function.
- Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store environment through events, promotions, and community projects.
- Provide training and feedback on our customer experience playbook and other performance expectations.
- Work with the store manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
- Communicate inventory and training needs to the store manager to improve overall customer experience.
- Maintain store merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer's purchase journey.
- Participate in continuous improvement of the business by providing feedback to the store manager.
- Meet and exceed store objectives in terms of performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
- Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
- Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
- Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
- Unpack boxes for inventory as required.
Requirements
- 1 year of work experience in a retail environment, with prior retail management experience a plus.
- Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling, pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
- Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside of the store environment.
- Ability to work with large teams.
- Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
- Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
- Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to bring out the best in others.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
- Flexibility in work hours, open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
- This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
