Seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our retail sales team as a Bilingual Sales Professional - Retail Consultant. About the Role

  • Provide personalized sales expertise to customers, identifying their needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business results.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and product knowledge.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated hourly rate of $21.49 - $23.49 per hour, plus uncapped commission opportunities that can result in annual earnings of up to $62,460. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) plan, paid time off, holidays, sick leave, and more.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer-facing sales experience a plus.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
