Talent Development Program Intern

A key role in shaping the future of our organization, the Talent Development Program Intern will contribute to the development and implementation of programs that enhance the student experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and training sessions
  • Assist with documentation tracking and filing, data collection and analysis, and training completion tracking
  • Create and review program promotional materials, forms, and documentation
  • Support new hire onboarding activities and maintain project plans and task lists
  • Attend meetings, compile minutes, and action items
  • Create presentations and communication documents using corporate identity standards
  • Coordinate and attend virtual and in-person workshops, and monitor and respond to email inboxes
  • Update program tracking sources and present monthly updates in TX-65 meetings
  • Create quarterly newsletters and bi-weekly newsletters
  • Coordinate events, including National Intern Week, and design materials and research
  • Conduct surveys, provide input for continuous improvements, and evaluate programs and provide feedback
  • Oversee LinkedIn strategy and digitalize processes for increased automation and data-based decisions
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a BS/BA or advanced degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, Communications, or related field
  • MS Office suite experience required, with a preference for MS Teams and SharePoint
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism and confidentiality
